Can I Resend the Confirmation Email?

You can send the confirmation email to the requesting agent if they need a one-day code or the showing instructions.

Step 1

Access the Showings on My Listings Report from the menu.

Step 2

View/Modify the Showing.

Step 3

Generate the access code (if needed).

Step 4

Resend the confirmation email.

Members are advised to never forward ShowingTime notifications. Read more.

The ability to generate the access code is an office-level setting. If you do not see it, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
