My seller says they are not getting feedback, what do I do?

When first configuring your Feedback Settings, you chose to either "publish feedback" automatically or "hold for review". If feedback is not being sent to your seller it's more than likely due to this setting being configured as "hold for review".

If feedback is held for review, the seller will not see it immediately on their Listing Activity Report. They will also not be notified that they have any new feedback. Once you publish it for them, they will see it on their Listing Activity Report and be notified that it is available for them to review.



Feedback/Comments that are published automatically will notify the seller that it is available for them as soon as the buyer's agent submits it.

Holding the feedback gives you a chance to sanitize it or add details if needed.
