In the event that you see an agent's name is associated with all the requests for showings, cancellations, or feedback, you can update that name in your address book.

Step 1

Open your address book

Step 2

Search for one of the following email addresses.

• showings@showingtime.com
• callcenter@showingtime.com
• callcenter@showingtime.net
• support@showingtime.com
• support@showingtime.net

Step 3

Erase or delete the first name and last name of the contact.

Optionally, you can rename this to be something else. Ex. "ShowingTime".
