Announcement emails are one use of mass notification emails sent from the Listing Activity Report. Agents are able to send these messages to agents that have shown their listing in the last 180 days, those agents with upcoming appointments, and in some markets, all agents in their office.

You can choose the Other category and enter any message you would like. You will have the option to manually add email addresses.
