Accompanied Showings
In some markets, the ability to require the listing agent to accompany the showing agent to all showings can be enabled. If this is the case, the listing agent will get a notification of the request to show prior to the owner or tenant. They can verify that the showing will fit into their schedule and then send the request forward to the owner or tenant to make sure it works for them.
When this ability is enabled, the agent and/or manager will be able to either approve OR approve and confirm an appointment.
- Approved - this moves the appointment to the owner or tenant for action.
- Approved and Confirmed - this automatically confirms the appointment for the listing agent, owner and/or tenant.
