Offer Manager Buyer's Agent Quick Start

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO


STEP 1: Submit an Offer using Offer Manager.






STEP 2: Verify your ShowingTime Profile Email, and Text are updated.


This is where you’ll get notified of new offers and updates to offers. 



STEP 3: Make sure that you download the ShowingTime app.


You can select the links on the right to download or search for the ShowingTime app in the App store or Google Play store.

STEP 4: View and manage offers that you have sent using Offer Manager from the ‘Offers I’ve Submitted’ page.










To submit an offer, click on the Offer Manager button on the main page of the MLS. Alternatively, you can find the Submit Offer button in the Schedule a Showing section on a listing, or in feedback and update emails from the listing agent.
