The Scheduling Icon / Link is Not Appearing on My Listing in the MLS Property Information Network


Selecting ShowingTime as Your Showing Service Provider


ShowingTime must be selected in MLSPIN for each listing. This setting is found in the listing setup/maintenance section for the listing on the MLS.

ShowingTime needs to be checked in both the Buyer's Agent Showing Section and in the Facilitator Showing Section.

Enabling Online Showings in ShowingTime


  1. Log in to ShowingTime at https://www.showingtime.com/login
  2. Click Listings, then click your listing
  3. Make sure “Allow Agents To Request Appointments Online?” is set to “Yes” at the top of the page.
  4. Save Changes if changes were made.
