Can Agents from Other Markets Schedule on my Listing?
We know that agents in neighboring MLSs often reach out to schedule on your listings. When this is allowed, you can schedule showings on behalf of these agents, or they can request via ShowingTime.
You can set the listing to Appointment Required in order to see when agents request and approve or set the listing to automatically confirm with the Auto Confirm (Go and Show) appointment type.
In some markets, neighboring MLSs may not be able to schedule automatically.
