In some markets, agents who are in neighboring markets may reach out to ask if they can show your home. In this same regard, nearby agents may have the option to request via ShowingTime.
This ability is not available in all areas and is subject to MLS policies.
As a Listing Agent:When available, you will see these requests as normal and can decide to allow or not to allow them to show your listing.
As a Buyer's Agent:
When searching for homes through ShowingTime, you can limit the ones you see in the ShowingTime app.
