How Can I Opt-In/Opt-Out from Messages?


Settings in your ShowingTime profile can be changed in the app or online. For many events, you will be able to decide to receive push notifications, text messages, phone calls and emails.


While a text message may be delayed due to carrier issues a Push Notification is not affected.
With appointment related notifications, enabling or disabling them, will not affect appointments in progress.
  1. Access your profile from the side menu.
  2. Scroll down to find the setting to change.
  3. Save when complete.
