How to Use the ShowingTime App With Your igloohome Lockbox


When you arrive at the property for a confirmed showing, you can view the access details by either:
  • Clicking on the notification you received from ShowingTime. This will take you directly to the access details screen.
  • Going to the Appointment Details page in the ShowingTime Mobile App and clicking on the View Access Details button.




You can click on the “Tap to View Access Details” button from the confirmation screen in the ShowingTime App.


You will be shown the location, access notes, and any available gate codes for access. The code will appear and you can contact the listing agent if needed.

If the lockbox supports Bluetooth, you will not see a code displayed initially. Instead, you will unlock the igloohome device from this step with the ShowingTime mobile app.



You will see an option to Unlock the app.


And will be notified when it is unlocked.
For assistance with enabling Bluetooth on your device, we recommend the device's user manual.
If Bluetooth is not available, you can select the button to View Access Code. Remember to follow the instructions to return the key and/or lock the device when finished.
