Can I Change the Status of My Listing?

In many markets, we work with the board/association that you are a member of to receive changes in Listing Status (as well as other information).

This process can take place in as little as a few minutes or it may take a few hours.

However, we may not get all statuses. Some markets may not provide this data or information may no longer be available for an older listing. With some ShowingTime products like Front Desk, you can create a custom status to handle these situations.

Older listings that have an off-market status will be automatically archived after a set number of days.
