Each market has its own listing statuses which may allow or prevent showings from occurring. The property may be temporarily off-market or withdrawn. There may be situations where a property is off-market for a few days but will allow showings to resume afterward. When the office or agent subscribes to our Appointment Center or Front Desk products, they can also have a custom status configured. 

In these cases, they will be able to set up a listing that is pending (for example) to accept additional types of showings. They may also choose to set other statuses that prevent showings.
