What Does the Auto Confirm (Go and Show) Appointment Type mean?
The Auto Confirm (Go and Show) Appointment Type means that appointment requests are documented and immediately confirmed. No additional calls will be made. It is typically used for vacant homes on lockbox.
This option is also ideal if your seller will be out of the home during a set period and agrees for you to show the home within that time.
For example, if your client will be at the office from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and has agreed to appointments while they’re gone, you can set the listing to Auto Confirm (Go and Show) to immediately confirm appointment requests.
Please Note: Even though the Go and Show appointment type is best for vacant homes, it may still be used on a property that is occupied.
