A private showing can allow buyers' to have more time in the home to picture themselves living there. However, when owners work from home, the holidays are around the corner, or you've had time to promote the listing through your channels, you may be ok with overlapping appointments. You can change the setting on the listing worksheet.

In some markets, when overlapping showings are not allowed, a user will also be unable to schedule appointments back to back. This is known as buffer time.
