ShowingTime Live Connect provides live staff, 24/7/365, to receive and deliver any message to agents. Once the message is entered, the recipient can be notified by their choice of email, text, or mobile app notifications.
The message can include details like:
- First Name
- Last Name
- What company they are with
- Phone 1
- Phone 2
Message details will be listed in the message log and the message can be resent.
A staff member is able to send a message to any agent in their office.
This feature can be configured for those companies that have staff members responsible for more than one office.
