Daily Summary Email

Overview

The Daily Summary Email is a great way to learn about listings that are missing instructions or feedback that needs action. This email is sent once per day.



Listings that are missing instructions will slow the confirmation process down. This can lead to missed appointments.
 Summary section - At the top of the email, you will see an overview of all the main details of your listings and feedback. You will see a summary of any unconfirmed appointments on your listings, listings that need instructions, and showings you have requested as a Showing/Buyer’s Agent.
Please Note: Due to the often large number of appointments for listing agents with multiple listings, we do not include confirmed appointments on your listings as part of the summary.
To view confirmed appointments on your listing, please log in.


 Listing Summary section - Any unconfirmed appointments will be highlighted. Unconfirmed appointments for this day will show each appointment time (as shown above). Confirmed appointments are not shown here. To review confirmed appointments on your listings, please log in.

 Listing Needing Instructions section - This section shows any listings that are missing instructions. Listings that are missing instructions will mean that agents showing your listings will need to reach out to gain access details.

 Showing Summary section - The Showing Summary section shows you the list of unanswered feedback requests with the appointment time, for the appointments you have requested. Clicking on the Appointment times will take you into ShowingTime to fill out the requests. Feedback on your listings is not shown here. To see feedback on your listings, please log in.

 Today's Appointment Agenda section - This section shows a list of all the appointments that are upcoming you have scheduled as a Showing/Buyer’s Agent. Clicking on the Appointment times will take you into ShowingTime. Showings by other agents on your listings are not included. To see showings scheduled on your listings, please log in.

Clicking on any of these items (except for the daily agenda) will take you to the appropriate page for that action item. Each section will show a max of 3 items.

 If you click the + it will take you to the full view.

Members are advised to never forward ShowingTime notifications. Read more.

How do I opt in/opt out?


This email can be turned on or off in your profile. Under the Heads Up Notification section.
