Daily Summary Email


The Daily Summary Email is a great way to learn about listings that are missing instructions or feedback that needs action. This email is sent once per day.

Listings that are missing instructions will slow the confirmation process down. This can lead to missed appointments.
 Summary Section - At the top of the email, you will see an overview of all the main details of your listings and feedback
 Listing Summary Section - Any unconfirmed appointments will be highlighted. Appointments for this day will show each appointment time as shown above.
 Listing needing instructions section - This section shows any listings that are missing instructions. Listings that are missing instructions will mean that agents showing your listings will need to reach out to gain access details.
 Showing Summary Section - The Showing Summary section shows you the list of unanswered feedback requests with the appointment time. Clicking on the Appointment times will take you into ShowingTime to fill out the requests.
 Today's appointment agenda section - This section shows a list of all the appointments that are upcoming. Clicking on the Appointment times will take you into ShowingTime.

Clicking on any of these items (except for daily agenda) will take you to the appropriate page for that action item. Each section will show a max of 3 items.
 If you click the + it will take you to the full view.

How do I opt-in/opt-out?

This email can be turned on or off in your profile. Under the Heads Up Notification section.
