There are three levels of permissions for seller’s notifications that are set up by you (their listing agent).
Sellers can confirm, decline, or propose a new time for a new showing. They have to have valid contact information added to the listing in order to enable this option.

They are not required to confirm the showing request and only receive a notification once a showing is confirmed. The last option is not to include them, which can frustrate sellers and add work for agents who are now responsible for communicating showing details.
