Can sellers call the Appointment Center?

Yes.
 
If the Appointment Center staff leaves a seller a message about an appointment, the seller may need to return the call to confirm the showing. Sellers are given a unique toll-free phone number to call so when they call, the Appointment Center staff immediately knows who is calling and how to answer the call, leading to a quick confirmation.
