What does the Allow Overlapping Appointments setting mean?
On the Listing Worksheet, in the Appointment Restrictions section, you can choose to tell the buyer's agent if the appointment time is exclusive to them or if they may encounter another agent during this time. In some cases, buyers may prefer to only have one appointment at a time.
There are three options to choose from
- Yes, No need to inform the agents
- Yes, Please tell the agent ahead of time
- No, exclusive showings only
