Merging allows you to combine two MLS IDs (listings) into one primary record within ShowingTime. For example, if you have a listing in your MLS as a sale and again as a rental, you can merge the two listings so all the listing activity, showing history, and feedback is collected in under one listing ID. 

Sometimes the same home has two different IDs because it is listed in different multiple listing services. Merging them in your ShowingTime account allows all showing activity and feedback to be accessed under one listing.
