Feedback requests can be viewed on your mobile device in the Notification Center, or in the Feedback Requests section of the website. On the home page of the website find the lower left section Feedback Requests. This will show you all the outstanding Feedback requests. The first line in this section shows you the number of appointments requesting your feedback. Click on the number and you see all the feedback requests awaiting your response.
